Client: Morgan's Point, TX In April 1836, after the defeats at the Alamo & Goliad, the spark of TX Independence was nearly extinguished. But somehow a new spirit found its way into Gen. Sam Houston's rag-tag army on the plains of San Jacinto. Burning for the ultimate goal of independence, these soldiers perservered through the long, muddy road to freedom.
